1. Financial Statements (FS)
  • Last year’s audited financial statements of the parent company.
  • Must be attested by:
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the parent country.
    • Saudi Embassy in the parent country.

Sometimes also apostilled if from certain jurisdictions.

  • Valid and updated commercial/trade license of the parent company.

Must also be attested by MOFA + Saudi Embassy

  • Parent company’s Articles of Association or equivalent incorporation document.
  • Must be attested (MOFA + Saudi Embassy).
  • Authorizing a representative in Saudi Arabia to complete incorporation steps.
  • Must be signed, notarized, and attested.
  • Passport copy of the appointed GM.
